Guacamole
Healthy fats offer a great energy source for the body! Avocados offer a great source of fiber, magnesium, potassium, Vitamin C E and K, and some B vitamins.
Ingredients:
• 3 avocados
• ½ lemon
• ½ small onion, finely chopped

• 4 tbs pure orange juice
Instructions:
• Mas avocado with fork, then add rest of the ingredients
• Adjust to taste
• Refer to “chip” alternatives for healthy snacking alternatives
• Adjust ingredients for desired taste and texture
