Seed Crackers
Feel free to play with different seeds in this fun and easy recipe!

Seed Crackers
• 1 cup pumpkin seeds
• ¼ cup flax seed meal
• ½ cup flax seeds
• ½ cup hemp seed
• 2 tbs dried herb of choice
• 1 tsp salt
• 1.5 cups filtered water
• 2tbs psyllium husks (10g carb)
Mix all the ingredients.
Let sit for 20 minutes, then spread over parchment paper on cookie sheet to 1/4 inch thick and bake at 300 for 1.5 hours (or until to desired “crunchiness”).
