Quercitin
Quercetin has been extensively studied and offers a host of health benefits to the body.

Quercetin is a flavonoid found in fruits and vegetables, and has been a part of human diets for centuries. Its health benefits have been extensively studies and includes (but aren’t limited to):
o Antioxidant properties, by scavenging free radical and protect against cellular damage by reducing oxidative stress.
o Antimicrobial and anti-viral properties, helping limit or prevent illness.
o Anti-inflammatory properties, reducing the production of cytokines and inflammatory enzymes.
o Anti-cancer properties, by inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells and actually help cancer cells die.
o Cardiovascular benefits, by helping reduce blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
While quercetin is available in our fruits and vegetables, I still take it in supplement form during flu season. It is available through my Designs for Health dispensary, if you are looking for a trusted and reliable product. (source: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10384403
