Things I'm Liking
I've had a lot of people ask me to share supplements or products that have worked well for me, so that is the purpose of this page! With regards to supplements, I've found several brands that I've come to trust. These include NOW Foods, Designs for Health, Thorn, Rootcology, and Klaire Labs.
Designs for Health is the brand I tend to buy the most. They test their ingredients for mold, mycotoxins, and heavy metals, and their products are properly dosed, based on scientific data, which matters, because I'd rather spend a bit more and know they are actually doing what they are supposed to do.
Contact me to find out how you can save money on some of these products!
Keep in mind, I am simply sharing what has worked for me, and I'm not recommending that anything I share below is appropriate for your specific situation, so be sure to talk with your provider(s) when deciding about a new addition to your health and wellness care plan!*

There are several things you can do to lower your histamine levels, including taking a supplement, if needed. For me, I found I was adding or producing histamine faster than I was clearing it, leading to an increase in my histamine load, and subsequently, my symptoms. I made several adjustments, including adding a supplement called HistaEze.

o Antioxidant properties, by scavenging free radical and protect against cellular damage by reducing oxidative stress.
o Antimicrobial and anti-viral properties, helping limit or prevent illness.
o Anti-inflammatory properties, reducing the production of cytokines and inflammatory enzymes.
o Anti-cancer properties, by inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells and actually help cancer cells die.
o Cardiovascular benefits, by helping reduce blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
While quercetin is available in our fruits and vegetables, I still take it in supplement form during flu season. It is available through my Designs for Health dispensary, if you are looking for a trusted and reliable product. (source: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10384403

I recommend going through a gut biome test also to help determine what, specifically, you need. Reach out to me if you are interested in having this one!
• NOW brand: I use the Probiotic 10 (https://amzn.to/43dOpmM) and the Saccharomyces Boulardii (https://amzn.to/4kkJRlr).
• From Designs for Health: I use Probiomed from Designs for Health (click on the image for the link).
I go back and forth between these two brands, so I'm getting variety, if that makes sense, but I worked with my provider to determine what to use and when, so be sure to talk with your provider, or reach out to me if you'd like to test your gut biome, so you know exactly what you are dealing with.

I’ve been using Ujido Matcha with collagen (https://amzn.to/437JSCa), for on the go, as well as the Micro Ingredients Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder (https://amzn.to/4mdFBpp)

This supplement offers a gentler detox (vs chelation therapy) by combining ingredients that work synergistically to promote detox pathways in the body. These ingredients include NAC, glutathione, organic chlorella, garlic powder, and R-lipoic acid.

I particularly like this charcoal binder because it contains zeolite, which helps eliminate mold and heavy metals. A neat feature of zeolite in particular, is its potential to cross is pass through the blood-brain barrier, pulling toxins from the brain.

I like this binder because it also offers some nutritional and healing support for the body, and is quite mild on the body.

Collagen is a great amino acid source, supporting muscle building and joint support in addition to hair and nails. Each scoop offers 10g of protein.
