Banana Ice Cream

If you are looking for a cold dessert that hits the spot, this is it!

Books

Here is a list, in alphabetical order, of the books that have impacted my health and wellness journey so far!

Chia Seed Drink

Chia seeds are considered a super food, containing omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, fiber, protein, and a ton of nutrients. These tiny seeds, when soaked prior to consuming, also help protect the gut lining, keep you hydrated, and regulate blood sugar.

I drink the following chia seed drink prior to my first meal each day.

Fun Cabbage Snack

Looking for a different way to enjoy cabbage! I love snacking on this roasted treat!

Lentil Snack

Lentils offer a cholesterol free, plant-based, source of protein, fiber and carbohydrates for more balanced glycemic control. Be sure to always wash lentils prior to eating them, whether soaking them or not.

Michele's Chocolate Milk

This drink provides a host of healthy supplements and nutrients. I play with my recipe, constantly adding and subtracting ingredients.

Michele's Healthy "Granola"

This mix of healthy nuts and seeds is one of my favorite snacks and desserts.

Podcasts

Here is a list of some of the podcasts I regularly follow. If you have any suggestions or feedback on this list, please let me know. I'm always looking for good material to listen to on my walks!

Seasoned Walnuts

Walnuts are a great source of iron, magnesium, collagen, B vitamins, zinc, polyphenols and more, all of which help the body function optimally as well as offer protection against cancers. Used in moderation and at the right times of the day, walnuts can offer a great snack that is fun, but also a healthy addition to your lifestyle!
