Sun Care
Sunlight is critical to our health. It’s when we get too much sun that we risk our health. Don’t be afraid of the sun, but have a plan in place to maximize it’s benefits! I try to get 10-15 minutes of pure sun exposure every day, then I use the products below!
Get sun exposure for about 10 minutes each day, preferably in the morning, as this helps set your daily clock, increases your vitamin D production, improves your mood, etc.
Also, be sure to spend time outside every day, and try to get your bare feet touching the earth every day. There is a lot of research around the concept of "grounding" and its positive impacts on our health!

I use these products, either alone or under my foundation, since my toxic free foundation lacks UV protection. I especially like the tinted sunscreen, which has SPF 50.
• Wear a hat. I use a wide brimmed had that I found at my local dollar store, but here’s an equivalent hat that I found - https://amzn.to/3I63Fru - I love these hats because they can be folded up and kept in a bag or purse for easy travel and use.
