Fun Cabbage Snack
Looking for a different way to enjoy cabbage! I love snacking on this roasted treat!

Ingredients:
• 1 head of cabbage
• Large cutting board
• Large bread cutting knife
• Cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
• Olive oil with small bowl and basting brush
• Seasonings of choice
Instructions:
• Slice cabbage into 1" thick slices
• Brush each slice with olive oil and add seasonings of choice
• Broil for 5-8 minutes, or to roasting preference.
• Enjoy!
