Sip, Share, & Sow

Sip tea. Share stories. Sow seeds for the next season of life.

A local Brazos Valley group

Middle-aged women deal with a lot: changing relationships, evolving identities, shifting careers, caregiving, empty-nesting, life transitions, menopause, grief, chronic pain, emotional and physical changes, and more.

Meeting every 2nd Monday from 11am - 1pm. Sign up below for more details!

Sip, Share, & Sow is a local, in-person, community where women can step away from the noise of everyday life, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and connect, encourage, and interact authentically with one another as they learn ways to improve their health and wellness through middle-age and beyond.

This community is a partner of Hope Ministries and grows through word of mouth, so tell your local friends to join!

Sip, Share, & Sow Guidelines:

  • Keep it Local – This community will not be a part of social media or held online, but will meet in person. Communication about the group is through word of mouth, so invite your local friends to join!

  • Keep it Appropriate – While we’ll be sharing honestly about what we are dealing with, this community is not intended to be a complaining session or group therapy. It is intended for those looking to learn and engage lifestyle practices that improve health and wellness.

  • Sow Kindness and Encouragement – Healthy conversation and differing opinions are welcome and, frankly, needed. Share your experiences and actively listen while avoiding criticism and shaming. “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen."

  • Respect Privacy - Personal stories, struggles, and conversations shared within the community should not be repeated or shared outside the group without permission.

  • Give Before You Promote – While we will also occasionally feature speakers and educational sessions, this community is about learning and connection—not selling. We are not a social media group, an online influencer community, or a place to sell products and services. Please don't use the group for unsolicited advertising, recruiting, fundraising, or self-promotion without prior approval from the organizers.

  • Make Room for Joy - Not every conversation has to be a downer to have meaning. Laugh, celebrate small victories, and make a new friend as we enjoy this season of life together. “A cheerful heart is good medicine.”
