WHY YOU MAY NOT BE LOSING THE FAT!

It can be very frustrating when we are working hard to lose weight, only to have those pounds of fat stubbornly hang on. If this is your experience, you are not alone, and it sounds crazy, but it might be wise to shift away from your weight-loss plan and start focusing instead on your toxicity load! Why? Because this could be the reason why you may not be losing the fat!
TOXINS HIDE IN FAT - THIS IS WHY YOU MAY NOT BE LOSING THE FAT
The body takes the toxins we are exposed to, like heavy metals, pesticides, chemicals, plastics, and pollutants, and holds them in our fat tissue as a way to protect us from their devastating effects on our body’s tissues and organs. Don’t be angry with your body for not losing weight. It’s working hard to protect you in a very clever way, so, instead, take a minute to say “thank you!”
THE MODERN WORLD’S ACCOMPANYING DILEMMA
This is the best time in history to be alive, but it comes with its issues. The problem today, is that we are exposed to over 160 chemicals daily, in our food, water, air, cleaning solutions, and skin care products. The body is simply overwhelmed and struggling to remove these toxins fast enough. It is being inundated daily!
TOXIC OVERLOAD BLOCKS THE FAT LOSS
And here’s the kicker: if your body doesn’t feel safe or capable of properly releasing, binding, and eliminating stored toxins, it’s not going to prioritize fat loss. Why? Because losing fat would release those toxins back into circulation—and your body won’t do that unless it's prepared to handle them safely.
SHIFT THE FOCUS
Instead of worrying about weight loss, focus instead on low-tox living (and this is just a starting point):
Reduce processed foods, which are full of toxins
Drink lots of filtered water
Avoid chemically heavy cleaning and skin care products
Prioritize sleep
Support your liver and gut health
Today, consider shifting your weight loss plan to a detox plan! Reducing your toxicity exposure and supporting your body’s detox pathways, offers the body a better environment to address the toxins stored in those fat tissues.
