Knowing our "age" isn't as straightforward as simply stating the number of years since our birth. The older we get, the more our lifestyle impacts how our body "ages." In fact, our lifestyle impacts 70-90% of our health and, therefore, aging outcomes. In this video, I quickly cover the differences between chronological, subjective, functional, and biological aging.
