10 Eating Tips for the Holidays and Beyond! - Tips to taking control of our eating

Whether it's the holidays or not, having the right relationship with food is not always easy. We are often eating for a variety of reasons other than true hunger. Often we eat because

  • We aren't thinking (mindless eating),

  • It's a habit or "time to eat,"

  • We are bored,

  • We are seeking comfort, or

  • We are linking eating to an activity, like visiting a friend or watching TV.

So how do we take back some control and enjoy the food we consume? In this video, I share some steps that helped me get my eating back under MY control.
